Assistant Professor of Practice, Leadership Engagement, University of Nebraska-Lincoln

The presentation will focuson these 4 questions:

  • What is Developmental Readiness?
  • Why is it important?
  • What is the impact?
  • How will it drive the social justice discussion?

Upon completion, participants will know the developmental model for approaching social justice discussion and will be able to make the connection between developmental readiness and its application to them as leaders.

Helen has a Ph.D. in Human Sciences with emphasis in Leadership.  She studied International Economics and British Political Economy at Oxford University during the formation of theEuropean Union.  She is a Certified DiversityTrainer, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Trainer, and Executive Coach.

The cost of the clinic is $8 to cover the lunch meeting the second week.
